Returns & Exchanges

we are extremely passionate and committed to provide best quality products combined with unmatched customer service. We want you to be happy with your purchase. So, for any reasons, if you are not satisfied with our products, Simply send the items back to us within 7 days of purchase with the receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product.  When we receive your package, we will credit the card you paid us or bank account if the payments was made through PayPal for the full purchase price of your product minus the delivery fees.

Damage in transit:

In an event, where the goods purchased at are damaged in transit, do not accept delivery, and have the courier return the full order to us. If damage was not obvious prior to accepting the goods, please contact us to arrange for the items to be returned. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as the transporter may require an inspection.

Returning products:

All returns are subject to approval and it is the sole discretion of Top Athlete management to determine whether a return qualifies for a refund or an exchange.

Please either contact us on 03 9219 0850 or send an email to to let us know. Please include your order number and the reason- why you would like a return/exchange. please include any necessary photo documentation that may apply.

If the item is being returned for an exchange, we will require an additional shipping fee of $11.95 for the re-delivery.
