Deliveries to metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra are charged at a flat rate of 11.95**

Deliveries elsewhere (80 % of Australia) are charged at a flat rate of $14.95**

Deliveries to some regional areas and country areas are charged at a rate of $22.95** depending upon the location and delivery options available.
Exact Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on state and postcode.

An initial confirmation email will be sent to you, when your order has been submitted. Once the payment has been processed and transport booked, we’ll email you an order tracking number. Please note that tracking number activates only after the goods has been picked up by a courier so it takes few hours before the status of a delivery is shown.

Orders placed before 2 pm are despatched on same business day. Orders placed on weekends will be sent on next business day.

Most customers will receive their shipment in 2-3 business days (next business day on most cases for Melbourne metro) as long as the payments are made with instant clearance methods such as Paypal, MasterCard and Visa, parcel weight is less than 5 kg and delivery address is a metro area.
