Order Confirmation and tracking

An initial confirmation email will be sent to you, when your order has been submitted. Once the payment has been processed and transport booked, we'll email you an order tracking number. In order to make sure goods reach customers quickly and hassle-free, all deliveries will be sent out with 'Authority to Leave' meaning their parcel(s) will be left at a safe place without obtaining a signature, unless a customer specifically requests for 'signature required' in notes section. Please note that tracking number activates only after the goods has been picked up by a courier, so it takes few hours before the status of a delivery is shown.

Dispatch

Your order is packed and processed in 1-2 business days. Usually, orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched on same business day. Orders placed on weekends will be sent the next business day.  You will be notified by email, and your tracking number will be supplied.

Delivery Times

Most customers will receive their shipment in 2-8 business days (next business day in case of Melbourne metro) as long as the payments are made with instant clearance methods such as PayPal, MasterCard and Visa, parcel weight is less than 5 kg and delivery address is a metro area.

Please note regional areas WA, NT and country areas taking an additional 3-5 business days or more depending upon the location and delivery options available.

Shipping Policy (International)

We offer flat-rate express shipping for all international orders, with the shipping cost displayed at checkout. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and other factors.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided. Please ensure your shipping address and email address is accurate, as we are unable to modify it after the order has been placed.

Return & Exchange Policy (International)

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any product sold. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Please don't discard the packaging as the courier might want to review it. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution at our discretion.

 

Custom Duties & Taxes (International)

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and government charges levied by their country. These fees are determined by customs or any authorised government agencies and must be paid upon import clearance.

Failure to pay these charges may result in delays, order returns, or cancellation by customs, for which Top Athlete is not responsible. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific duty rates and regulations before placing an order.
