I was pleasantly surprised how good the lemon lime flavor is. I really like grape lemon-flavored items but was worried this may not be too good. It’s got just the right amount of sweetness and the ingredients I always enjoy from topathlete. I always use BCAAs for a workout. I’ve tried other brands and still cannot find a brand I like as much as topathlete for BCAAs.

Last year, a friend of mine suggested I use a supplement while working out and recommended BCAA Energy. I gave it a try and don't go to the gym without it. My wife and I use it daily during our workouts and have been very happy with the results.
