Order Confirmation and tracking

An initial confirmation email will be sent to you, when your order has been submitted. Once the payment has been processed and transport booked, we'll email you an order tracking number. In order to make sure goods reach customers quickly and hassle-free, all deliveries will be sent out with 'Authority to Leave' meaning their parcel(s) will be left at a safe place without obtaining a signature, unless a customer specifically requests for 'signature required' in notes section. Please note that tracking number activates only after the goods has been picked up by a courier so it takes few hours before the status of a delivery is shown.

Dispatch

Your order is packed and processed in 1-2 business days. Usually, orders placed before 2 pm are despatched on same business day. Orders placed on weekends will be sent the next business day.  You will be notified by email and your tracking number will be supplied.

Delivery Times

Most customers will receive their shipment in 2-3 business days (next business day on most cases for Melbourne metro) as long as the payments are made with instant clearance methods such as PayPal, MasterCard and Visa, parcel weight is less than 5 kg and delivery address is a metro area.

Please note regional areas WA, NT and country areas taking an additional 3-5 business days or more depending upon the location and delivery options available.
