Customer satisfaction is our number one priority as we want you to be happy with your purchase and aim to make the returns process as seamless as possible.

Change of mind

For Supplements, we offer a 7-day money back guarantee starting from the day of receiving the order on all purchases in case you do not like the taste/flavour or have an adverse reaction from the product (5 scoops or less used). 

If you're not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, we offer refunds on the product cost. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

For change of mind refunds processed through credit/debit card or PayPal, a 5% fee (card transaction+ restocking fee) will be deducted. If the refund is processed through Afterpay, 10% fee will apply.

Flavour Replacement Policy

If you wish to exchange your flavor(s), we're happy to accommodate your request. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, any new flavour(s) will incur additional shipping fees, which will be calculated based on the size of the shipment at the time of despatch.

Free Gift Policy

We do not ship free gifts separately. It is the customer's responsibility to select the free gift during the checkout process. While our staff may occasionally add a free gift manually as a surprise, this is not guaranteed and may not always be possible due to workload and operational constraints.

Sample Pack Refund & Return Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns on sample packs.

Apparel Exchange & Size Change Policy

For apparel items, we offer exchanges or size changes. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and additional shipping fees will apply for sending the new items, which will be calculated based on the size of the shipment at the time of dispatch.

Sale Event Policy (e.g., Black Friday, Boxing Day etc.)

During sale events, we do not offer returns, refunds, swaps, size changes, or exchanges on apparel items. All sales are final.

Apparel Return Policy

For apparel returns, we offer store credit only. Refunds are not provided. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website. If you're not happy with your purchase or size- as long as it is unworn, unused, in its original condition with tags still attached and within 7 days of receiving.

 Top Athlete' reserves the right to deny requests that don not comply with above conditions.

Damaged/Incorrect items


Please carefully examine your received order and notify us within 24 hours in case of defects, damage, or if an incorrect item has been delivered. This allows us to promptly assess the situation and take necessary steps to rectify any issues.

Our couriers require notification of damage within 24 hours for insurance purposes.

It is crucial to comply with this timeframe, as failure to do so could lead to the rejection of your claim.

If the items are damaged, kindly retain the outer packaging (satchel/carton) as the courier may need to inspect it for assessment. Please refrain from discarding the packaging in such cases.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Most refund requests are processed within 72 hours of receiving the items. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

NOTE: Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for products that are on SALE.
