Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

2 scoops Top Athlete Ultimate Whey Isolate (Vanilla Bean or Unflavoured work best)

1½ cups almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 large apple, chopped

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt
Method

Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.

Pour mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden and set.

Serve warm — top with yoghurt, nut butter or fresh fruit for extra flavour.
