Apple Cinnamon Oat Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 2 scoops Top Athlete Ultimate Whey Isolate (Vanilla Bean or Unflavoured work best)

  • 1½ cups almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 large apple, chopped

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.

  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.

  3. Pour mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden and set.

  5. Serve warm — top with yoghurt, nut butter or fresh fruit for extra flavour.
