2 scoops Top Athlete Whey Isolate (Coconut)

1½ cups desiccated coconut

2 egg whites

1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Pinch of sea salt
Method

Preheat oven to 170°C.

Mix all ingredients until combined.

Shape into small rounds on a lined tray.

Bake 12–14 minutes until golden.

Cool completely. Makes 10–12 macaroons.
