Coconut Protein Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Top Athlete Whey Isolate (Coconut)

  • 1½ cups desiccated coconut

  • 2 egg whites

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C.

  2. Mix all ingredients until combined.

  3. Shape into small rounds on a lined tray.

  4. Bake 12–14 minutes until golden.

  5. Cool completely. Makes 10–12 macaroons.
