1 scoop Top Athlete’s Whey Isolate Vanilla

2 weetbix

60ml light milk

1 scoop Top Athlete’s Collagen

10g Top Athlete’s creatine

½ cup of Vanilla yoghurt

1 biscoff biscuit

1 tbsp biscoff spread
Method

Crush weetbix into a glass container, add milk and flatten down into the container to form a base.

Mix yoghurt, collagen and creatine into a mixing bowl and pour contents into the container.

Pop it into the fridge overnight to firm.

Pour on some biscoff spread and spread evenly across the top, top with biscoff biscuits and enjoy.
