Coconut Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 2 scoops Top Athlete Whey Isolate (Coconut)

  • Optional: shredded coconut for coating

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine oats, protein powder, peanut butter and honey.

  2. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.

  3. Roll into bite-sized balls.

  4. Optional: roll in shredded coconut for extra flavour.

  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
