Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Ultimate Whey Isolate (Vanilla Bean or Unflavoured)

  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)

  • ½ cup ice

  • Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup for sweetness

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
