½ cup Top Athlete Chia Seeds

½ cup sunflower seeds

¼ cup sesame seeds

¼ cup pumpkin seeds

1 cup water

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp sea salt

Optional: herbs like rosemary or thyme for added flavour
Method

Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 10–15 minutes until the mixture thickens (for the seeds to soak up the water).

Spread the mixture evenly onto the tray in a thin layer.

Bake for 30–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp and golden.

Let cool, break into pieces, and store in an airtight container.
