Chia Seed Crackers

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Top Athlete Chia Seeds

  • ½ cup sunflower seeds

  • ¼ cup sesame seeds

  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1 cup water

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • Optional: herbs like rosemary or thyme for added flavour

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 10–15 minutes until the mixture thickens (for the seeds to soak up the water).

  3. Spread the mixture evenly onto the tray in a thin layer.

  4. Bake for 30–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp and golden.

  5. Let cool, break into pieces, and store in an airtight container.
