- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup water
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sea salt

Method
- Preheat the oven to 160°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Combine the chia, sunflower, sesame and pumpkin seeds with the water, garlic powder and sea salt.
- Leave the mixture for 10–15 minutes until the chia seeds absorb the water and the mixture thickens.
- Spread evenly over the lined tray in a thin layer.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes, carefully flipping halfway through, until dry, crisp and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool completely before breaking into cracker-sized pieces.
