Banana Mocha Recovery Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Ultimate Whey Isolate (Mocha)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tsp cacao powder (optional, for extra chocolate hit)

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • A handful of ice

  • 1 tsp peanut butter (optional, for added richness)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into your favourite shaker or glass, top it with some banana slices or chocolate chips and enjoy.
