1 frozen banana

1 tsp cacao powder (optional, for extra chocolate hit)

1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

A handful of ice

1 tsp peanut butter (optional, for added richness)
Method

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Pour into your favourite shaker or glass, top it with some banana slices or chocolate chips and enjoy.
