Ingredients

1 cup milk of choice

1 scoop Top Athlete Whey Isolate (Mocha)

3 tbsp Top Athlete Chia Seeds

1 tsp instant coffee (optional)

1 tsp cocoa powder

1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Method

Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl.

Stir or shake until combined.

Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or overnight.

Stir before serving. Top with banana, berries or strawberries for added flavour and texture.
