Mocha Chia Protein Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 scoop Top Athlete Whey Isolate (Mocha)

  • 3 tbsp Top Athlete Chia Seeds

  • 1 tsp instant coffee (optional)

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl.

  2. Stir or shake until combined.

  3. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or overnight.

  4. Stir before serving. Top with banana, berries or strawberries for added flavour and texture.
