Raw Nut Blend Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Top Athlete Raw Nut Blend (chopped)

  • 1½ cups rolled oats

  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup

  • ¼ cup nut butter (almond or peanut)

  • ¼ cup dried fruits (cranberries, raisins or apricots)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • A pinch of salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix the Raw Nut Blend, rolled oats and dried fruits.

  3. In a small saucepan, gently heat the honey (or maple syrup) and nut butter until melted. Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

  5. Press the mixture firmly into the lined baking dish and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.

  6. Let the bars cool completely before cutting into squares or bars.
