Fruit & Nut Muesli Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Top Athlete Fruit and Nut Muesli

  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup

  • ¼ cup nut butter (almond, peanut or cashew)

  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts or pecans)

  • ¼ cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries or apricots)

  • Optional: dark chocolate chips or coconut flakes for extra indulgence

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Fruit and Nut Muesli, chopped nuts and dried fruit.

  3. In a small saucepan, heat the honey or maple syrup and nut butter over low heat until melted and well combined.

  4. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.

  5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish, ensuring it's evenly distributed.

  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and set.

  7. Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares or rectangles.

  8. Optional: drizzle with melted dark chocolate or sprinkle with coconut flakes for extra flavour.
