Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup nut butter (almond or peanut)

⅓ cup honey or maple syrup

1 scoop Ultimate Plant Blend Salted Caramel

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp desiccated coconut (+ extra for rolling)

Pinch of sea salt

Optional: dark chocolate chips
Method

Add all ingredients to a bowl.

Mix until a thick dough forms.

Roll into small bite-sized balls.

Coat in coconut if desired.

Chill for 20–30 minutes to set.
