Salted Caramel Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup nut butter (almond or peanut)

  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 scoop Ultimate Plant Blend Salted Caramel

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut (+ extra for rolling)

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional: dark chocolate chips

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl.

  2. Mix until a thick dough forms.

  3. Roll into small bite-sized balls.

  4. Coat in coconut if desired.

  5. Chill for 20–30 minutes to set.
