Dutch Chocolate Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Ultimate Whey Isolate (Dutch Chocolate)

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • Ice cubes

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy as a post-workout recovery shake or a delicious snack.
