Ingredients

2 tbsp oat flour (or ground oats)

1 tbsp cocoa powder

½ tsp baking powder

¼ cup milk of choice

1 tsp nut butter

Optional: a few dark chocolate chips or berries
Method

In a microwave-safe mug, mix all dry ingredients.

Stir in milk and nut butter until smooth.

Add chocolate chips or berries if desired.

Microwave for 45–60 seconds (until the cake has risen).

Top with your favourite toppings or a scoop of ice cream and enjoy warm.
