- 1 scoop Top Athlete Ultimate Whey Isolate Vanilla Bean
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup cottage cheese or Greek yoghurt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking powder

Method
- Add the oats, cottage cheese or Greek yoghurt, egg whites, Vanilla Bean Whey Isolate, vanilla extract and baking powder to a blender.
