Ingredients

1 scoop Ultimate Whey Isolate (Vanilla Bean)

½ cup oats

½ cup cottage cheese or Greek yoghurt

2 egg whites

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp baking powder
Method

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and well combined.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, lightly greasing if necessary.

Pour the batter onto the heated pan in small circles. Cook for 2–3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with fresh berries, maple syrup, or your favourite pancake toppings.
