Chia Seed Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp Top Athlete Chia Seeds Black

  • ½ cup almond milk or your choice of milk

  • ½ banana, sliced

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Fresh fruits or nuts for topping

Method

  1. In a mason jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds and almond milk. Stir to ensure everything is evenly mixed.

  2. Add the honey or maple syrup for a touch of sweetness and layer the banana slices on top.

  3. Cover the jar or bowl and place it in the refrigerator overnight, allowing the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and soften.

  4. In the morning, give your oats a good stir. Top with fresh fruits or nuts for added texture and flavour before serving.
