½ cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

2 tbsp granola or oats

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Method

In a bowl, mix Greek yoghurt with one scoop of Top Athlete Whey Protein until smooth.

Add fresh berries and a sprinkle of granola or oats.

Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
