Berry Protein Yoghurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Greek yoghurt (or plant-based alternative)

  • 1 scoop Top Athlete Whey Protein (Vanilla or Strawberry works best)

  • ½ cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 2 tbsp granola or oats

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Top with any of your favourite Top Athlete superfoods

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yoghurt with one scoop of Top Athlete Whey Protein until smooth.

  2. Add fresh berries and a sprinkle of granola or oats.

  3. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.

  4. Finish by topping with your favourite Top Athlete superfoods for an extra performance boost.
