Quick & Easy LSA Meal Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of your favourite milk

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2 tbsp Top Athlete LSA Meal

  • A handful of fresh or frozen berries

  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the freshest taste.
